    Minda Mota's career in crisis management and reputation management is a testament to her academic and professional journey, which spans several continents. Born in Portugal, Minda pursued her higher education in Communication and Psychosocial Intervention in Canada. This academic foundation provided her with a deep understanding of the complexities of human behavior and strategic communication, skills that are crucial in her field. Over two decades, she led her own communications agency in Canada, serving an international clientele and mastering various aspects of crisis and reputation management.

     

    In 2018, Minda took her expertise to Southeast Asia, establishing Minda Communications in Cambodia. Her transition to this vibrant region was driven by a vision to apply her global experience to the unique cultural and business landscapes of Southeast Asia. Under her guidance, Minda Communications has become a bastion of crisis management and reputation crafting, transforming challenges into opportunities for a diverse range of clients.
